Why Boudoir? Why Noir Atelier?
As I approached my 50th birthday, I found myself reflecting on a decade that had tested me in ways I never imagined. The final years of my 40s were turbulent. I went through a divorce, navigated the uncertainty of COVID, came close to losing my business, and then found the strength to start again. At the same time, my two beautiful daughters grew up, spread their wings, and began their own journeys.
In the quiet that followed, I realised it was time to rediscover myself. Not just as a mother, a businesswoman, or a survivor of challenges, but as a woman. A woman still full of passion, desire, and light. A woman ready to be celebrated in her own right.
Out of that realisation, Noir Atelier was born.
Noir Atelier is more than a studio; it is a sanctuary. A place where women come to honour themselves, to see their strength reflected back, and to embrace the beauty that is so often overlooked in the rush of life.
My mission is simple yet profound: to create an experience that reminds every woman of her worth, her sensuality, and her power, no matter her age or stage of life. Because empowerment is timeless, and beauty does not fade; it only deepens.

Together with my lifelong friend Karen Fundell, an acclaimed editorial, fashion, and film makeup artist, we craft a look that is completely bespoke. Every stroke, every contour, every detail is designed to highlight your beauty, enhance your confidence, and make you feel radiant in your own skin.
